Defined Solar Plexus
Definition in the Solar Plexus reveals a Heavenly Body that is here to exemplify and allow Truth to express through us consistently. The defined Solar Plexus carries the responsibility and way showing of tidal cyclicality. This energy is confronts mind confronts boundaries, lies and dissonance that defy our spiralic, spiritual natures as humans. The Defined emotional is embodying the deep sensual trust of the body as a vessel of truth in guiding our daily rituals and decisions.
An example might be of the 37/40 who is becoming aware of the lack of mutual reciprocity and care in relationship. This energy is presented as a truth in the body while the mind may still be trying to understand and so creates an experience of lows and highs to sit with in the awareness process.
These people require environments that allow them to move with the gravity and timing of their mind and body complex.
Undefined/Open Solar Plexus
Lack of definition in the Solar Plexus reveals a Heavenly Body that is here to amplify and be attuned to the vitality of creative life force in the world around them. However, this does not mean they can not find their own creative expressions. The undefined/open Solar Plexus is sensitive to emotional energy, friction and confrontation. By becoming sensitive and attuning to emotional energies, they become amplified channels of truth and clarity.

To Feel:
Root pathways/channels illuminate our the energy that is present in the body and available to be transmuted by the Solar Plexus. The themes and activations show us how to transmute pure life force into a sustainable source of truth and power in our body. The Root is directional and so we are also made aware of where we are heading or would like to be going.
To Exchange:
Heart pathways/channels illuminate our desire to exchange, be in community and tend to one another. This theme and activation highlights that as a human we are evolved to be in community exchanging beside one another. Our creative success is brought about by the people and communities we find ourselves inside of. There is no fire worth burning that isn’t shared with our loved ones. We are here to belong to one another.
To Express:
Throat pathways/channels illuminate our desire to create, express and manifest our reality. These themes and activations show us how we’re designed to culminate and build our personal awareness of power and use it to create in our external worlds. These channels are driven to move energy up and out towards manifesting a reality that is in congruence with our internal resonance system.
